qX-TGRI Truth Check Privacy Policy & Support
Effective Date: July 2, 2026
Operated by: BEYONDx Advisors, LLC
This Privacy Policy and Support page describes how qX-TGRI Truth Check handles information in the Version 1 iPhone app and how users can contact BEYONDx Advisors, LLC for support.
qX-TGRI Truth Check is a local-first evidence-readiness and truth-readiness workflow. It helps users organize claims, receipts, source spans, evidence artifacts, and packet-export records before relying on a bill, notice, denial, AI answer, refund promise, contract claim, vendor claim, or other evidence-sensitive material.
1. Data Collection
For the current Version 1 local-first app posture, qX-TGRI Truth Check does not collect user evidence, claims, receipts, packet contents, local run results, identifiers, analytics, tracking data, or training data off-device.
User-entered or user-selected material is processed locally by default. BEYONDx Advisors, LLC does not receive user evidence, claims, receipts, source spans, packet contents, local run results, or uploaded artifacts through the current local-first app workflow.
2. Local Evidence Handling
The app may allow users to enter or select evidence, claims, receipts, source spans, files, screenshots, or other materials for local review.
These materials may be stored locally on the user’s device so the user can continue a Truth Check, review receipts, clear local data, or prepare a client-safe packet.
Users are responsible for deciding what information they enter, preserve, save, export, print, or share.
3. No Hidden Cloud Scoring
The current Version 1 app does not use hidden cloud scoring, hidden cloud storage, third-party AI sharing, or model-training use for user evidence.
Any future cloud/API mode would require explicit user authorization, updated disclosures, and policy review before user evidence is transmitted off-device.
4. In-App Purchases
qX-TGRI Truth Check may offer a non-consumable in-app purchase called Packet Export Unlock.
Packet Export Unlock is intended to unlock client-safe packet export actions such as Save Packet, Send Packet, Print / Save PDF, and Save Manifest JSON.
Purchases are handled through Apple’s StoreKit and App Store payment systems. BEYONDx Advisors, LLC does not receive full payment-card information from Apple.
Restoring purchases is handled through Apple’s StoreKit restore-purchase process.
A purchase does not confirm packet privacy review, change packet contents, suppress sensitive-data warnings, activate production scoring, or authorize hidden cloud behavior.
5. Support Requests
Users may contact BEYONDx Advisors, LLC for support with:
- app access or installation questions;
- local Truth Check workflow questions;
- packet preview, save, send, print, or manifest questions;

Support contact:
Support requests are reviewed by BEYONDx Advisors, LLC. Users should include a brief description of the issue, the app version if known, and whether the request relates to privacy, local data, Packet Export Unlock, or restore purchases.
Important privacy notice: do not send sensitive evidence unless you intentionally choose to do so.
Please do not send medical records, financial records, legal documents, insurance files, government IDs, passwords, account numbers, private correspondence, or other confidential materials unless support specifically asks for a limited item and you decide it is appropriate.
qX-TGRI Truth Check is designed around local-first evidence handling. Support should not be used as a hidden evidence-upload channel.
6. Tracking and Advertising
qX-TGRI Truth Check does not use third-party advertising tracking in the current Version 1 posture.
qX-TGRI Truth Check does not sell user evidence or user app activity.
qX-TGRI Truth Check does not use user evidence for model training.
7. Device Permissions
qX-TGRI Truth Check should use system pickers where possible for user-selected files or photos. Permission requests, if any, should be limited to app functionality and explained in the app.
8. Local Data Deletion
The app is expected to provide local-data controls such as Clear Local Evidence Data.
Clearing local evidence data removes local app evidence state from the device according to the app’s local deletion behavior. It does not delete records that the user previously exported, saved outside the app, printed, emailed, messaged, uploaded, or otherwise shared.
9. Sensitive Information
qX-TGRI Truth Check may be used by users working with sensitive evidence. Users should carefully review what they enter, preserve, export, print, or share.
The app does not provide legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, insurance advice, regulatory advice, compliance certification, court-admissibility guarantees, or guaranteed-truth determinations.
10. Children
qX-TGRI Truth Check is not directed to children. The app is intended for users who are able to review evidence-sensitive decisions and understand the consequences of saving, exporting, printing, or sharing their own materials.
11. Changes to This Policy
BEYONDx Advisors, LLC may update this Privacy Policy and Support page if app behavior, support handling, StoreKit behavior, cloud/API features, analytics, diagnostics, SDKs, or data practices change.
The App Store privacy information and this page should be reviewed before App Review submission and before any release that changes data practices.
